Birthday Party!

Ayla's 2nd birthday party was a success! :) As soon as she woke up this morning, she was such a happy girl! We walked her out to the kitchen and showed her all the decorations and party hats...she was already having a ball. Dean took her to Hy-Vee to pick up some last minute things and she chose a few balloons as well. Nai-Nai and Grandma and Grandpa brought over balloons too. I think out of everything, she had the most fun with them...she was so excited about them and kept running all around the house with the huge bunch in her hand before everyone arrived. The party couldn't have gone any better--she had a blast the whole time and I think she really loved seeing everyone. I am sooo happy that she had so much fun!Striking a pose in her birthday dress

Opening presents...

Checking out her new pink 4-wheeler from Uncle Ping, Aunt Surina, and her cousins. She wanted it out of the box right away and was sitting on it before all of the pieces were even put together. The battery has to be charged for at least 10 hours so hopefully she forgets about it until tomorrow!

Giving her BFF, Heidi, a thank you hug for the awesome outfit she picked out for her--a fuzzy white vest, skinny jeans, and hot pink boots! She's going to be stylin'!

She LOVED hearing everyone sing happy birthday to her. She kept looking around at everyone...after she (I) blew out her candles, she said, "Again!"
She actually ate her cake this year...last year she cried and wouldn't touch it!
