Swimming lessons

Last Saturday, Dean brought Ayla out to the Y and signed her up for swimming lessons.  All week, she has been giddy with excitement.  Every morning as soon as she woke up, she asked if it was time to go to her lesson yet.

Aubree and I watched from a bench on the side of the pool while Dean went in with Ayla.  I could tell she was a little freaked out by what they were doing.  Because of that, I know this will be good for her...to be out of her comfort zone a little bit.  Afterwards, Dean said she pretty much didn't want to do anything the instructor wanted her to do. :(  It's only the first lesson though...hopefully she'll come around.  Even though she was scared, she still told us that she had a lot of fun. :)
On our way to the lesson.
She's such a bobble-head...a cute one, of course...tiny little body and a big 'ol noggin.
Sooo happy to get in the pool before the actual lesson.

After the lesson, Aubree and I waited out in the lobby for Dean and Ayla.  These pictures were RIGHT before she puked up everything in that round little belly of hers.  She had just finished a whole bottle about ten minutes before.  She was acting totally fine and then she burped and I heard a little gurgle aaaand then it all came up.  It was all over her, all over me (I was trying to catch it...didn't work), and there was a 3 ft x 3 ft puddle of puke on the ground.  It just kept coming!  I kept thinking she was done and more would come out. Gross, sorry.  I felt so bad for her, but once she was done, she seemed completely normal.  That burp must have just caught wrong in her throat or something.  I also felt really bad that the lobby was coated in throw-up and everyone had to see/smell it.  Ugh.
