We've had a really mild winter so far...for days at a time, temps easily reached into the 60's and even 70 degrees on a couple of occasions. Weird. Very weird for Nebraska. However, that all came to an end on Friday night when winter decided to come after all and a snowstorm rolled in. It snowed pretty much through all day Saturday. In the afternoon, it let up enough for Dean to go outside and snowblow the driveway while Ayla threw snowballs and made snow angels. Aubree and I watched her from the window. She was soooo happy and excited to be out there. After Dean was done with the driveway, they went sledding with our little neighbor just down the little hill in between our houses. It was Ayla's first time and she loved it! Dean got some great pictures of her!
